unable to change faction name #1800

Describe the bug

Using /faction /mf /f set name [name] returns "You do not have permission to set your faction name."

Create new faction
try to change the faction name

I expected the faction name to be changed

Plugin version

Spigot/Paper version (Please Specify which server software you are using)
[x] 1.20.6 - Paper

Note: Restarting the server did not help.

It occurs to me that the latest versions of the plugin are not listed in the issue template. I've opened a work item to correct this: #1801
