新功能建议:添加新条目检测到重复时自动为新文件新加一个重复标签 #27

有时并不想马上处理重复条目，想等看看内容再做处理，所以希望能在检测到重复时自动为新条目添加重复标签，以提醒后面看新条目时处理重复。
