editWe should add something about Andragogy here...
Split section on parochial schools
editThe section on parochial schools is in the topic of education, not training, and would fit better in an article on education. It may already be there, making this one redundant. · · · Peter Southwood (talk): 04:52, 11 November 2019 (UTC)
Historical context?
editI think this article could benefit from reviewing the historical development of the training industry between the late 1800s and today.
e.g. Dale Carnegie built a training business starting in 1912.

The training pictogram should be moved to a different location within the article
editIn my opinion, I strongly believe that the training pictogram should be moved to the start of the article before the text reaches the other sections of the article as I feel that the pictogram is in an inappropriate place at present in the 'See also' section of the article. My edits rejected
editHi,
I edited this page, on the section of "Occupational skills training" and it was rejected by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:MrOllie
I inserted a sentence, and provided a reference from an accredited scientific journal from a literature review. I read the page of the editor, and it seems this type of unprofessional censoring is a norm from this editor. I have been a fan of Wikipedia for over a decade and donated to Wikipedia many times. Now, is this immediate rejection a new policy? Who decided that MrOllie should be censoring new inputs?
Please provide me with a sound reason, and bring my trust to Wikipedia.
