KNOB (96.7 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Healdsburg, California, and broadcasting to the Santa Rosa area. It is owned by JYH Broadcasting and operated by Wine Country Radio and it airs an adult hits radio format, branded as "Bob FM". The studios and offices are on Standish Avenue in Santa Rosa.

KNOB is a Class A station with an effective radiated power (ERP) of 2,750 watts. The transmitter is off Ridge Ranch Road in Geyserville, California.[2]

History

The station signed on the air in 2002; 22 years ago (2002). Its original call sign was KTOL.[3] It has always been owned by JYH Broadcasting. The original general manager was Debbie Morton.[4]

KNOB previously aired an alternative rock format branded as "96X". 96X announced on April 9, 2017, that it no longer have a lease to broadcast on 96.7 KNOB.[5][6]

On October 4, 2018, KNOB returned to the air with variety hits, branded as "96.7 Bob FM".[7]
