fourteenth, comes Brider, a casual rotisserie and seasonal market concept
located on the ground level of the Nichols Building in downtown Denver.
Brider’s passionate team delivers a level of quality and craftsmanship that
is unmatched in casual dining – promising only made-from-scratch,
ingredient-driven offerings prepared with the utmost care and attention.

Available for dine-in or take-out, guests can enjoy healthful and delicious
fare from Executive Chef Steven Redzikowski for breakfast, lunch, and
dinner. In the mornings, an array of house-made pastries, as well as hot
and cold breakfast dishes are available; while lunch and dinner menus offer
a selection of composed, rotisserie-centric dishes straight from Brider’s
state-of-the-art Rotisol oven. A selection of seasonal soups, salads, and
sandwiches round out the menu. Led by Beverage Director Bryan Dayton,
Brider’s craft beverage program features beer, cocktails, and wine on tap;
as well as Boxcar Roasters nitro-tap coffee. House made Kombucha, ginger
beer, and rootbeer are also available.

Denver-Boulder based design studio Arch11 mixed contemporary, high design
with raw materials to deliver an open and inviting aesthetic. The vibrant,
3,400 square foot space features pops of bright green that speak to the
neighborhood’s revitalization and add excitement and color to the space’s
timeless market feel. Brider is the perfect destination whether you’re
on-the-go, with co-workers, or dining with friends and family – offering a
range of seating options for groups large and small, with additional
seating on the outdoor patio in the warmer months.
