Jeffrey Glenn "Jeff" Bennett is an American voice actor, best known as the voice of Johnny Bravo in the series of the same name. In addition to voicing Shiro Shinobi, he also provided additional voices and played several other characters in a number of episodes of The Legend of Korra. He also voiced Shiro and Feng in the web series Republic City Hustle.

Bennett has voiced various characters in movies, TV shows, and video games and is considered "among the top names in the voice-over field". He voiced the Joker and other characters on Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Dorkus on Planet Sheen, Red Tornado on Young Justice, Keswick, Larry, and Ollie on T.U.F.F. Puppy, High-Five Ghost for the first season of Regular Show, Smee on Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and Kowalski in the Nickelodeon series The Penguins of Madagascar.
