Kotso is a character first seen in the video game Minecraft; featured in an Avatar-themed DLC titled Avatar: Rites of Passage.

Despite being coddled by his overprotective parents due to missing half of his left arm, Kotso is incredibly determined to prove himself and become the best direhorse rider in the clan. He is fascinated by the animals.

He accompanies Uraku's Child on their rite of passage.

Trivia[]

During the storyline, Kotso says that his mother will teach them about direhorses. However, the clan mentor attached to the direhorse quest is Za'akan, who is identified using male pronouns. A clan member named Wu'ati says that Za'akan is their mate. This makes it unclear is related to either of them.
