SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARILOU LAYMA FISHER of legal age, Filipino, married to ANDREW LEONARD FISHER, Australian, and residing at BLK 27 LOT 11 WISTERIA
ST. PHASE 2 AMIYA RESORT & RESIDENCES PUAN, DAVAO CITY do hereby appoint, name and constitute WYNBOL BASILGO QUISEL of legal age,
Filipino, and residing at BLK 7 LOT 8 PHASE 2 VILLA AZALEA SUBDIVISION MAA, DAVAO CITY to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and
in my name, place and stead and on our behalf to do and execute any and/or all of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To apply for and obtain a loan/credit accommodation from METROPOLITAN BANK & TRUST COMPANY, including any renewals or extensions
thereof, or additions or increases thereto, in my name and under such terms and conditions as my attorney-in-fact shall find to be acceptable;

2. As security for such loan/credit accommodation, to mortgage in favor of METROBANK the real estate property located at BLK 27 LOT 11
WISTERIA ST., PHASE 2, AMIYA RESORT & RESIDENCES, PUAN, DAVAO CITY presently covered by TCT No. 146-2016016418 including all
buildings and improvements now existing or which may hereafter be constructed thereon, and all rights and interests appurtenant thereto such as
but not limited to parking rights, drying cage/area, garden lot (the “Property”) of the Registry of Deeds for Davao City. In the event that the
aforementioned title over the Property is not yet registered under my name, or no title is yet available, at the time of the execution of this Special
Power of Attorney, I hereby authorize my Attorney-in-Fact to sign, execute and deliver such document as may be necessary to prove that the Title
subsequently issued pertains to the Property for which I have now given this authority to mortgage the same.

3. To make, sign, execute and deliver in favor of METROBANK or any third party any and all documents/papers relative to or necessary or required
for such loan/s and mortgage/collateral such as but not limited to the Promissory Note, Loan and Mortgage Agreements, enrolment form for any
mortgage redemption insurance or any renewal thereof,;

4. To receive the proceeds of such loan/s, or credit said proceeds to Metrobank Account No. in the name of
. If payment of the loan proceeds shall be in the form of a check, I authorize METROBANK to make the said
check payable in the name of my Attorney-in-Fact. However, if the purpose of my loan is for the purchase of the aforementioned Property, I
authorize my Attorney-in-Fact to execute such document as may be necessary to effect the release of proceeds in favor of the Seller.

5. To open and maintain, in my Attorney-in-Fact’s own name, a deposit account with Metrobank from which account any and all payments due on my
above-mentioned loan obligation shall be debited, with his/her prior written consent.

6. To receive on my behalf all notices, letters, legal notices or other processes directed to me in relation to the loan and mortgage.

7. To sign, file and otherwise represent me/us in any and all petition, suit or proceeding before the proper court, tribunal, agency or body, for the
cancellation of any and all encumbrances that appears or may appear on the certificate of title covering the property above-described, including
but not limited to inscriptions relating to Section 7 of Republic Act No. 26, Section 4 Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, etc. With respect to this
particular authority, my/our attorney-in-fact has full power of substitution.

This Special Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect and may be given full reliance by METROBANK until and unless it receives a
written revocation hereof.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in
or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney-in-fact has done, shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
