Negros Oriental State University writing to formally request your permission to use the computer
laboratory for a training program as part of our action research initiative. This training aims to
enhance the students' technical skills and support the research objectives in enhancing their
understanding, engagement, and achievement in ICT related subjects.

We propose to conduct the training on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3:30-4:00 PM),
ensuring that we adhere to all school policies and proper use of the facilities. We will also take full
responsibility for maintaining the equipment and ensuring that the laboratory is left in its original
condition after each session.
