ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT
S.Y. 2023-2024
I. TITLE: 1st HOMEROOM PTA MEETING
II. INTRODUCTION:
Homeroom PTA meeting are a platform where parents can receive essential
updates and information about their child’s school, such as academic programs,
extracurricular activities, and school policies. These meetings provide opportunities
for parents and teachers to connect, share experiences, and build a sense of
community within the school. This can lead to positive changes and improvements.
III. OBJECTIVE/S:
To discuss the attendance of the learners.
To update the enrolment and the PSA of the learners.
To update the nutritional status of the learners.
To conduct a Homeroom PTA Election.
Other matters.
IV. ACCOMPLISHMENTS/ACTIVITIES:
The Grade IV adviser conducted its 1 st Homeroom PTA meeting for the
school year 2023-2024. The meeting is called by the adviser with the cooperation of
all the parents and learners.
The class adviser Mrs. Fatima C. Triste gave highlights of the meeting. The
agenda was presented to the parents for clarifications, comments and suggestions.
The agenda of the meeting are the following:
1. Attendance
- The adviser discussed the attendance of every learner, especially the 4P’s
beneficiaries.
2. PSA/Birth Certificates Update
- The adviser reminded the parents about the PSA of those learners who
have not submitted yet their PSA.
3. Pintakasi
- The parents/guardians were asked to render their support in any way
they can. And it was set on the second Tuesday of the month. They were
going to the respective part of Grade IV class to clean the surroundings.
4. Nutritional Status/Feeding Recipient
- The adviser gave update on the nutritional status of the learners. There
are 9 learners who are identified as wasted. These 9 identified wasted are
the ones who will be the recipient for the feeding program of the DepEd.
5. Election of Homeroom PTA
- There was no nomination of officers because they just appointed their co-
parent for the position.
6. Other matters
- The following matters were discussed by the adviser was the numeracy
and literacy skills of the learners. Parents were told to follow up their
child at home about their lessons and let their child read, read and read
at home.
V. ACTUAL RESULT/OUTCOME
With the full cooperation of both the teacher and parents in conducting the
1st Homeroom PTA meeting, the said meeting was smoothly and successfully
carried out. The parents are very cooperative in terms of the implementation of the
programs and projects in the school itself. The school itself could not stand alone
without the help of the parents and PTA officers.
VI. PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED
Absence of some parents due to time conflict.
VII. SOLUTION/ RECOMMENDATION:
Send communication letter to the parents three days before the meeting.
