Question 1
Organizational behavior plays a vital role in influencing company’s policies and procedures, the
structure of the company, management efficiency and how individuals interact. All these play a
vital role in ensuring that all the team members collaborate effectively. It also helps high
performance across all the organizational departments (Robbins, 2020). Organizational culture is
very critical in any company as it consist of all the necessary values and skills that contribute to a
safe environment within an organization. It is helpful in influencing how I will carry out different
duties and responsibilities within the organization. Organizational culture will make individuals
more responsible and also more reliable. Through organizational behavior, employees feel more
motivated and appreciated especially when the organization has introduced a reward system that
is solid. Reward systems according to different authors are very crucial as they act as incentives
that motivate employees (Robbins, 2020). It will also help individuals change the way they make
personal and organizational decisions. It is known that, any business that encourage risks and
threats while making decisions within the company culture enhances and promotes innovations
and creativity.
Question 2
Customer needs assessment involves looking into all the necessary needs, wants and
expectations of the involved customer. Research has shown that, any individual, company or
business that does not know what is the most crucial thing to their customers gets a very hard
time trying to fulfill its customers’ needs (Gupta, 2019). Even though it is easy to assume that
someone knows their customers’ expectations, getting into a regular contact with them will also
surface the most important things that they want.

The main aim of carrying out customer needs assessment is understanding what each and
every customer want and identifying their stated needs. Each and every customer has their
unique needs. Identifying all these needs will therefore ensure all the customers are satisfied. It
also helps customer to be loyal to the company. Needs and wants assessments helps different
representatives to sell and buy goods and products across all geographical. Customer needs
assessment also helps in retaining and attracting new customers from other regions.
Question 3
Workforce diversity can be defined as how different companies and organizations become more
heterogeneous in regard to religion, race, ethnicity, gender and education (Thomas, 2014). It also
involves age, sex and also persons with disabilities. In short workplace diversity can be termed
as variety of differences that are found among individuals in an organization. Interpersonal skills
can be explained as the abilities to work with others, understanding each individual, and also
motivating them. These practices are very important when it comes to managing a workplace
that is diverse. This is because; organizational managers will be dealing with different variables
from individuals that are working in the organization.
