Third-Party Consumer Trust Ratings

Erie Insurance has an A+ rating with AM Best, which indicates a high likelihood of meeting financial obligations to consumers. While the company ranked higher than average in J.D. Power’s 2024 and 2025 Property Claims Satisfaction studies, its ranking slipped slightly from No. 3 to No. 7 out of the featured home insurance companies.
