Allstate’s auto insurance is noteworthy for the company’s stellar reputation in the industry and among customers. In several regions, the company ranked above average in J.D. Power’s 2024 Auto Insurance Study, indicating high customer satisfaction. In addition, Allstate holds A+ ratings from several credit rating agencies and a low NAIC complaint index, which indicates minimal complaints for a company of its size.
