Angie Park is the chief financial officer at Accenture. She leads the company’s global Finance organization, which includes strategic planning and analysis, financial reporting and analysis, corporate controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations and corporate development. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Previously, Angie was global lead for Business and Commercial Finance, where she was responsible for the Finance organization’s work across Accenture, including markets, services and industries, and for ensuring the integrity of the company’s internal and external financial reporting. She also had oversight of the Finance Strategy and Enablement function. For the past several years, she has played a lead role in Finance’s value-led reinvention. She is an advocate for driving efficiencies, embracing technology and new ways of working to maximize value.
Throughout her 30-year career at Accenture, Angie has built deep experience as a finance leader having held several senior executive positions across the business. Notably, she spent six years as head of Investor Relations, responsible for developing strategy and programs that maintain and advance Accenture’s relations and communications with shareholders and the broader investment community. Angie has also served as Finance lead for Technology and Health & Public Service industry group at Accenture.
Angie is passionate about creating an inclusive culture at Accenture and developing the next generation of leaders. She is a member of the company’s Asia Pacific American and Women’s employee resource groups and executive sponsor of the Women in Finance group in her local Washington DC office.

As ADP’s financial leader, Peter oversees all aspects of ADP’s global finance organization, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, investor relations, tax, treasury, internal audit and enterprise risk management. With extensive knowledge of our business and industry and a deep understanding of global markets, Peter is focused on driving sustainable, long-term growth and shareholder value as ADP helps its clients navigate the world of work.
Prior to his current role, Peter served as Corporate Vice President and Treasurer of ADP, responsible for overseeing ADP's capital structure, client funds investment portfolio, funding of global operations, capital markets activities, investor relations and corporate insurance programs.
Previously, Peter was appointed President– Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence for ADP’s businesses across the region. Prior to assuming this position, Peter served as Chief Financial Officer for ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions and Employer Services International business units and previously held increasingly senior executive leadership positions across the world since joining the organization in 2002.

Gregory B. Willis has served as Chief Financial Officer of ALC since 2012 and joined the Company at its inception in 2010 as its Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Willis was instrumental in the start-up of ALC, and has played a pivotal role in the financing activities of the Company. Under Mr. Willis’ leadership, ALC has raised over $30 billion in capital to support the profitable growth of the Company. Mr. Willis led the company’s rating agency efforts to transition from an unrated borrower to the highest standalone rated aircraft lessor. In addition, Mr. Willis is responsible for the Company’s banking relationships and its primary credit facility, which is over $6.8 billion in size across more than 50 financial institutions. He oversees ALC’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and information technology functions, as well as the company’s management business and their financing activities. Prior to joining ALC, Mr. Willis served as the Director of Accounting Policy at ILFC. Mr. Willis is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of California, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ed McGowan is Executive Vice President of Finance & IT, Chief Financial Officer at Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM). He manages a team of approximately 1,100 people and oversees all finance and IT functions for Akamai worldwide, where his responsibilities include directing the company's IT strategy & operations, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and business finance activities.
Mr. McGowan was appointed as Akamai’s Chief Financial Officer in March 2019. During his tenure as CFO, Mr. McGowan successfully led a major Company reorganization announced in February 2021, secured $1.15B in debt financing in August 2019 and has overseen several acquisitions with an aggregate purchase price of over $1.5B. In addition, Mr. McGowan was responsible for leading a Companywide operating margin expansion project, where the Company had committed to increase its operating profit margin from 24% in 2016 to 30% by 2020. Not only did the Company exceed the 30% operating profit margin target in 2020 by delivering 31%, Akamai also delivered 11% annual revenue growth, which included growing its security business at a rate of 25% annually to just over $1b in annual revenue. In 2021, the Company delivered $3.5B in annual revenue, increased operating margin to 32% and accelerated security growth to 26%.
His career with Akamai began in 2000. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Finance, responsible for Business Finance, Customer Revenue Operations and FP&A, and for leading a corporate transformation project to drive increased levels of sustained, profitable growth.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Media & Carrier Sales. Where me managed over $1B of annual revenue and a team of over 400 sales, sales engineers, channel sales and business development professionals. In addition to leading all aspects of the division’s sales, he developed the company’s strategic relationships with carriers around the globe, as well as coordinated carrier activity across Akamai's sales, networks, and product organizations. He has been instrumental in the development of many strategic alliances with major global carriers including AT&T, Telefonica, PLDT, Bell Canada, Telstra, Orange, and Singtel.
Previously, he was Vice President of Corporate Development, and was instrumental in helping to establish Akamai's Carrier Products business in 2012, in addition to leading numerous mergers and acquisitions from 2005 to 2012. His first role at Akamai was as Senior Director of Finance. He then took over Akamai's Sales Operations and helped create the company's first Business Operations Group.
Before joining Akamai, he was Controller for iCast Corporation, a CMGI company. He started his career in Public Accounting working for Arthur Andersen's High Technology Practice and for PWC in their Transaction Services Group.
In July 2021, Mr. McGowan was named to the Board of Directors of Winvest Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: WINV), where he serves as Audit Committee Chairman.
Mr. McGowan is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Providence College and a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College. He is also a graduate of the Greater Boston Executive Program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Mr. McGowan is also a member of the Wall Street Journal and CNBC CFO councils and was named 2021 Large Public Company CFO of the year by The Boston Business Journal in May 2021.

Shane Tackett currently serves as the executive vice president of
finance and chief financial officer for Alaska Air Group. He oversees the
finance, fleet management, investor relations, supply chain, internal
audit, and information technology teams at the company. He also
serves as member of Alaska Air Group's executive committee.
Shane joined Alaska in 2000 as an analyst in the company’s real estate
division where he held several positions of increasing responsibility
involving cost management, airport lease negotiations, and ground and
facilities equipment maintenance support. He moved into Alaska’s
corporate financial planning and analysis group in 2005 as a director
and in 2008 became managing director of the department, leading the
airline’s budgeting, variance and forecasting processes and providing
economic analysis for fleet and other capital investments, strategic
initiatives and labor negotiations support. In 2010, he became vice
president of labor relations, building and leading the company’s
relationship with its five unions and ultimately negotiating six long-term
labor contracts.
In 2015, Shane became vice president, revenue management and in
2016 added E-commerce functions and managed Alaska’s relationship
with key commercial technology partners. In 2018, as executive vice
president of planning and strategy he was focused on the financial
planning and analysis, commercial analysis and business transformation
functions for both Alaska and Horizon, and was closely involved with
driving key revenue and cost initiatives. Shane also led the customer
facing digital properties and labor relations function at Alaska Airlines,
emphasizing trusting and transparent relationships with labor leaders
from each of our unions.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sirota oversees all financial functions for Altice USA with a focus on driving disciplined management of the business and financial key performance indicators.
This includes oversight of top-line growth, margin expansion, capital expenditure management, free cash flow growth and evaluating new business opportunities while driving a data-driven culture that maximizes profitable growth and return on investments.
Mr. Sirota has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and joins Altice USA from a 20-plus year career at Comcast, where he served in a variety of senior roles including CFO at the Division and Region levels, Cable Assistant Controller, and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence.
He is a hands-on operating financial executive who leverages data and advanced analytics to drive strategy, transparency, business process improvement and customer experiences that elevate teams and yields industry leading growth. He started his career as an auditor at Deloitte for seven years including leading the Comcast audit engagement.
Mr. Sirota has served on numerous professional and non-profit boards including chairing the National Cable Telecommunications Association Operations & Finance Committee, Board Member of the FinTech Society of the Technology Association of Georgia, Executive Board Member of the Old York Road Temple-Beth Am and a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Mr. Sirota received his B.S. in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed Executive Studies at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Mark Chiplock is a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Ameresco, a leading energy solutions company. He is responsible for the company’s accounting and treasury functions, internal and external financial reporting, integrated business systems, business planning, and operations analysis.
Mark has more than 25 years of progressive business management and strategic financial expertise. He is a proactive leader with extensive experience managing teams to oversee and control systems and operational improvement projects in a multi-site environment. Mr. Chiplock has strong knowledge of, and experience in GAAP revenue recognition, SOX 404 requirements, and SEC Regulations, with a proven track record of assessing and implementing financial controls and reporting.
Mr. Chiplock served as Corporate Controller (2014 to 2016), Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller (2016 to 2018), held the role of interim CFO from (2018 to 2019), and has served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 2019.
Prior to Ameresco, he served as Vice President, Finance of GlassHouse Technologies, a data center infrastructure consulting firm.

Devon May is Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees all global corporate risk, corporate development, and corporate financial functions, including treasury, accounting, financial planning, labor and fleet analysis, tax, strategic planning, investor relations and purchasing.
Devon has held several leadership roles at American since the merger with US Airways in 2013. Most recently, Devon was Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, overseeing corporate development, financial functions, and investor relations. He has also led American’s regional operations as well as its network planning and alliances activity. Prior to that, he was responsible for American’s capital and operating budgets, long-range financial planning, flight profitability and financial analysis, along with division finance, purchasing and insurance.
Prior to American Airlines, Devon held the role of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at US Airways. His responsibilities included managing financial planning, fleet planning, labor analysis and flight profitability. He formerly held Director or Managing Director roles in Alliances, Network Planning, Financial Planning and Financial Analysis.
Devon earned a Master of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, and a Bachelor of Management in finance from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada.

Dan oversees financial management, strategic planning, and investment returns that drive the company’s growth. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Asset Management and led asset and portfolio management. He has played a key role in company growth and capital recycling, including portfolio acquisitions and numerous asset dispositions, overseeing the formation of three institutional joint venture partnerships totaling $3 billion.
Dan joined ACC in 2012 as a director in investments, assisting with underwriting and closing portfolio acquisitions. Before ACC, he worked in private equity at Hawkeye Partners and began his career at Citigroup’s Real Estate Investment Banking division. He started in real estate by interning with ACC while in grad school.

Kael Reicin serves as chief finance and strategy officer of the American Cancer Society, Inc., the largest nationwide voluntary health organization raising approximately $750 million annually and assets of over $1.7 billion. Kael also serves as chief finance and strategy officer of the American Cancer Society Cancer Action NetworkSM, a 501(c)4 organization and sister organization of the American Cancer Society. He is responsible for leading strategic planning for both organizations.
Kael brings a range of global finance, strategy, and corporate development experience to his current role. Prior to joining the American Cancer Society, he served as chief financial officer of Financial Products at Bloomberg LP, the world’s leading, multibillion-dollar financial technology company. He oversaw the financial planning, budgeting, performance indicators, forecasting, and reporting for regulated and non-regulated entities within the company’s largest product group.
Serving in multiple positions with progressive responsibilities, Kael also spent more than 10 years at Thomson Reuters, a global media, software, and information firm. Notably, Kael governed the strategic direction of several of the firm’s business units, serving the needs of lawyers and compliance and risk professionals on a global basis. This included guiding launches into new customer and geographic markets, development of innovative software and product lines, large-scale acquisitions, and the creation of effective strategic planning processes.
Kael completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. When not at work, Kael keeps busy with his wife Kyla and their three children in New Jersey.

Christophe Le Caillec was named Chief Financial Officer of American Express in August 2023. He oversees the company's financial operations worldwide and is a member of the American Express Executive Committee.
As an officer of the company, he plays an important role in developing the strategic direction for American Express and represents the company to the financial community.
Prior to being named CFO of American Express, Christophe was Deputy CFO. In this role, he partnered closely with the Executive Committee to drive the company’s financial performance, and also led the Corporate Planning team, as well as Risk, Technology, and the Global Services Group Finance functions.
Christophe joined American Express in 1997 and has held several global business roles of increasing leadership in Paris, Sydney, Singapore, London, and, most recently, New York. Recent roles include CFO for the American Express Global Consumer Business, where he led teams across 10 different countries and managed all financial aspects of the Consumer business.
Christophe, a native of France, holds a Master’s in Management from Audencia Graduate Business School. Christophe and his wife Veronique live in Manhattan, and they have two children.

Richard Puccio joined Analog Devices (ADI) as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in February 2024.
In this role, Rich is responsible for setting ADI’s financial strategy and leading the company’s global finance operation.
Rich started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1990. He stepped away from PwC for two years to take on corporate finance roles with Hanover Insurance and Digital Equipment. He returned to PwC and was named Partner in 2000. During his 21 years as a Partner at PwC, Rich primarily served clients in the global technology, semiconductor, and semiconductor capital equipment industries, and later led a large team supporting Dell.
Since 2021, Rich served as CFO of Amazon Web Services (AWS), an $88B revenue business. There, he partnered with AWS’s CEO to deliver revenue growth and profitability by leading and managing all short- and long-term strategic financial objectives, supporting the AWS executive team with key financial information and operational analytics, and driving performance and accountability.
As CFO for AWS, Rich partnered closely with the business to manage more than 200 fully featured services, including compute, storage, databases, robotics, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), mobile, security, among many other technologies.
Rich was born and raised in the Boston area and earned his AB in Economics from Harvard University in 1990. He pursued his MBA, graduating from Boston University in 1991.

Prior to joining Annaly in December 2019, Ms. Wolfe had served as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (“E&Y”) since 2011. Ms. Wolfe held a variety of roles across industries since beginning her career at E&Y in 1998, including most recently as EY’s Central Region Real Estate Hospitality & Construction leader since 2017. Ms. Wolfe currently serves on the board of Lennar Corporation. Ms. Wolfe received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Queensland. Ms. Wolfe is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York and California.

Reese has more than 25 years of leadership experience at large public companies in the financial services, payments and technology sectors.
Before joining Aon, Reese served as CFO of Broadridge Financial Solutions, a $24B market cap global fintech leader with technology solutions that power trading and investor communications. Reese joined Broadridge from American Express, where served as senior vice president and CFO of its largest business unit, Global Consumer Services Group, and held several financial leadership positions, including head of Investor Relations and CFO of Global Business Services. Prior to joining American Express in 2009, Reese served as CFO of the U.S. Advisory Group at Merrill Lynch and previously served as CFO of the Corporate Client Group and Stock Plan Services at Citigroup Smith Barney.
He served on The Hartford's Board of Directors, including as a member of the Audit Committee, and is a member of the Clemson University Foundation Board and President's Advisory Board.

Pascal previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WarnerMedia and the Administrative Officer of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., with responsibility for all of WarnerMedia’s financial operations as well as Turner’s global communications, facilities, human resources, legal, strategy and research, security and technology organizations. Prior to his role with WarnerMedia, Pascal served as Turner’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and Global Controller of Time Warner (now WarnerMedia).
Before joining the WarnerMedia family, Pascal was a partner in KPMG LLP’s Department of Professional Practice and was also a professional accounting fellow with the Office of the Chief Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Pascal is an honors graduate of St. John’s University where he received a BS in accounting. He received an MBA, with a concentration in corporate finance and management of organization, from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Previously, Pascal served on the Board of Directors of Davita Inc. (NYSE: DVA) where he Chaired the Audit Committee and was a Trustee of St. John’s University. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Prep for Prep and Sundance Institute.
Pascal and his wife, Yvette, live in Dallas and have two adult children, Erika and Justin.

As the global leader of Bain’s CFO practice, Michael supports leading companies across industries in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their Finance functions. His areas of expertise span demand management, process redesign, organizational design, digital enablement and automation, shared services, outsourcing, and offshoring.
As the global lead for Bain’s Automation capability, part of its Vector digital delivery platform, Michael helps clients unlock value faster through a range of technologies—including rules-based and AI-augmented automation, generative AI, and agentic AI. He is on the Board and leads Bain’s partnership with Ashling Partners, a leading automation and AI implementation provider.
Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He earned dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania—a BS in economics from the Wharton School and a BA in international relations, both with distinction. He serves on the advisory board for the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining BILL, Rohini served as CFO and SVP of PayPal’s Large Enterprise and Merchant platforms. She has also held senior finance leadership roles at eBay, Walmart, and General Electric. Sam Joumblat, CPA, is the Managing Director of the Finance and Administration Bureau and Chief Financial Officer for the Port of Long Beach, California. Appointed to the post in July 2017 by the Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners, governing body for the Port of Long Beach, he oversees the Port’s Finance, Information Management, Real Estate and Risk Management divisions.
The Bureau manages a capital plan to invest $2.6 billion over the next 10 years to upgrade Port facilities, protect the environment, increase revenue and enhance competitiveness, and administers an annual budget of $622 million for fiscal year 2022. A budget of $685.2 million is approved for fiscal year 2023, commencing in October 2022.
Mr. Joumblat originally joined the Port in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer following a three-year stint with the City of Long Beach as Deputy City Auditor, working on financial and revenue audits for the Port. He departed the Port in March 2014 to join the MetroLINK executive team as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, then Interim Chief Executive Officer before moving in 2016 to Premium Transportation Services, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer before returning to lead the Port bureau.
Prior to local government, Mr. Joumblat spent most of his career in private industry. He was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen and worked 15 years with Atlantic Richfield Company, where he held a number of managerial positions that included supervising internal audits, general accounting, contracting, information technology, and environmental health and safety. He also led a variety of strategic sourcing efforts where he negotiated major contracts and managed a software implementation project.
Mr. Joumblat began his career as an engineer at Rockwell International, where he worked on the space shuttle and other space programs.
