A few people I've worked with. Plus Fortune 500 engagements in AI, fintech, and social media

How many people have you already paid to solve this?

Agencies, tools, internal projects that quietly died. Most of my clients have been through at least two rounds before we talk. I'm usually the last call.

How I work

First I find what's worth solving.

01

Understand

I learn how your business runs, identify the bottlenecks holding it back, and figure out what fixing them is actually worth to you.

02

Build

Software shipped in days to weeks, not quarters. Built to solve the actual problem — and to hold up after I'm gone.

03

Compound

The bottlenecks are automated, your team gets their week back, and you decide where to point the capacity you just freed up.

What I often find
  • 01

Half your team's job is keeping spreadsheets in sync.

  • 02

Every time you scale, ops headcount scales with it.

  • 03

One person knows how to run the critical thing. When they're out, everything stalls.

  • 04

Your most important workflow runs on code nobody can safely change.

  • 05

Your customer data lives in five places — none of them agree.

About

I'm Sid.

I run Semantic from Boise, Idaho. No agency. No handoffs. No layers between you and the person building your software. I've built custom software, automations, and AI systems for startups, Fortune 500s, and everything in between. I'm selective about the projects I take on — I look for interesting problems where I can make a real difference for your business.

One person. Start to finish. Direct access.

FAQ

No handoffs, no telephone games with project managers. You work directly with the person writing the code. I use the same AI tools and automation I build for clients. One person with no overhead ships faster than a team of twelve with a Gantt chart.

Every project is priced as a whole and scoped to what we’re solving. But pricing isn’t where this starts — I won’t take on the work unless I’m confident it’ll make a meaningful difference for your business. If I’m not, I’ll tell you. My job is to make sure my effort and your outcome point the same direction.

Depends on the project. Some need to ship by the end of the week. Others run for months alongside your team. I match the pace to what’s at stake.

Probably. The industry matters less than the opportunity. If your business runs on workflows that could be smarter, I can help.

Monitoring and alerting are baked into everything I ship — most issues get caught before you notice. Bug fixes and tweaks after launch are included. If you want me on call long-term, we set up ongoing coverage.

There's a version of your business that runs itself.
