Summary
Prevents the split panel resize overlay from blocking the native browser scrollbar.
Details
The horizontal divider includes an invisible overlay that captures pointer events across the full height of the panel, overlapping the scrollbar and preventing manual scrolling. This update disables pointer events on that overlay while keeping resize functionality intact.
