This fixes a bunch of Builder related migration issues:

  • Fix a bunch of Application settings related issues: favicon, user source, domains, etc
  • Fix page settings
  • Fix switching between pages and application status in side panel
  • Fix data sources
  • Fix element theme overrides
  • Fix translations containing html/links
