Added application and mimetype icons for Mathematica and various associated file types.
Added application icon for Okular.
Optimized Mathematica icon.
Added icons for various Microsoft Office and Google Suite apps. This involved cleaning up the Teams icon and correcting some symbolic links to be consistent. Also added lots of office mimetypes for these, LibreOffice, Google Drive/Insync, etc. These mimetypes also have template versions where applicable.
Added application icon and mimetype for Octave.
Fixed gradient on Mathematica.
Added icon for Google Calendar.
Fixed gradient glitch.
Removed the Inkscape content from office SVGs and added Krita/Kdenlive mimetypes.
Added Librewolf
It affects the following file types: `.bwproject` `.bwpreset` `.bwclip` `.multisample`
