Describe the bug

My computer is running Windows 11. Whenever I download and install any file from "Releases" (with no root access), the app "Magisk" gets installed automatically. I don’t want this app, but even after uninstalling it, Magisk reappears after the next system restart. I don’t know how to uninstall it completely, and I don’t want root access on my emulator.

Steps to reproduce the issue

When installing the 7-Zip package of WSA (without root access), the "Magisk" app is automatically installed and cannot be uninstalled.

Expected behaviour

When installing the 7-Zip package of WSA (without root access), the "Magisk" app is automatically installed and cannot be uninstalled.
