💫 About Me:


👋 Hi, I’m Abhinav Jain, currently working as a Computational Biologist in VoyantBio, research collaborator in UCSF & Mayo Clinic
👀 I work on single cell (RNA, ATAC, Multiome, CITESeq, ADT, TCR, Antigen, BEAM-T), spatial, bulk (WES, WGS, RNA, ATAC) and multiomics datasets including lineage Tracing in medulloblastoma and immune related disorders.
🌱 I’m currently using R, Python, Nextflow, Docker, Singularity, and Bash/Shell scripting.
💞️ I’m looking to collaborate in cancer, immunology, autoimmune disorders, immune aging, SARS-CoV-2, population genomics, and rare disease projects as well as machine learning and deep learning modelling.
