Visual Computing Researcher | Machine Learning Engineer
I am an ML engineer with industry experience in game production and AI-driven content pipelines. I aim to build perceptually-aware graphics systems by integrating human perception into computational rendering pipelines. My research interests focus on inverse rendering, neural 3D representations, and neural relighting. I am currently seeking a research internship in computer graphics and vision.
My research focuses on the intersection of computer graphics, machine learning, and human perception:
- Perceptually-aware 3D Graphics
- Inverse Rendering
- Neural Scene Representations (e.g., 3D Gaussian Splatting)
- Neural Relighting
- Machine Learning Engineer @ NEOWIZ AI Research Lab (Nov 2020 - Present) Built and deployed AI-driven content pipelines—including geometry-processing and generative image workflows—used across AAA game production (e.g., Lies of P).
- Independent Graphics Researcher Recently authored a Eurographics 2026 poster on diagnosing 3D Gaussian Splatting failures.
- M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering @ Chung-Ang University (Mar 2018 - Feb 2020) Research background in machine learning, optimization, and signal processing.
- Programming: Python・C++・CUDA
- Frameworks & Tools: PyTorch・DirectX 11・Docker・Vue
- Software: Blender・Unreal Engine・COLMAP・ComfyUI・Git・MATLAB
