  1. fix(ci): update homebrew formula generation for google-genai 

    - Change package name from google-generativeai to google-genai
  (langchain-google-genai now depends on google-genai)
- Add error handling for packages without sdist distributions
- Skip resources with empty URLs instead of creating broken formula

  2. fix(ci): add retry logic for flaky network operations 

    Add retry logic (3 attempts with 30s delay) to:
- Python installation (separate Unix/Windows steps)
- Dependency installation (uv sync)
- PyInstaller installation

This addresses intermittent failures on Windows runners during
package downloads from PyPI/GitHub.
