Per JUnit XML, the pass/fail results are measured at the test case level, not the assertion level.
- Remove non-DBOUT stats from WT_TEST_RUN_STATS
- Change WT_TEST_RUN_STATS to WT_DBOUT_STATS
- Any test results with no TESTCASE defined to into a DEFAULT TEST CASE testcase.
- All test results are stored by testcase.
(Add newest entries on top and add Date/Time and Author for each entry.)
