Hello Valhalla Team,

currently, Valhalla only has the "toll" attribute to indicate toll roads. This is not precise enough for our use cases. We would like to propose the addition of a "vignette" attribute, which would function similarly to the "toll" attribute but specifically indicate roads requiring a vignette (sticker).

This would allow for more nuanced routing options. For example, when routing from Bern, Switzerland, to Paris, France, it would be possible to avoid vignette roads in Switzerland while still utilizing toll roads in France. This level of control is currently not possible with the single "toll" attribute.

What do you think would this be interesting for the FOSS community, or do you have other ideas besides simply copying the toll attribute?
