Motivation
Right now for tools, we name the tool, e.g. usethis tool ruff, but it can be more natural to say e.g. usethis linter and then we give an opinionated bundle of tools e.g. ruff, deptry, etc. Likewise usethis spellchecker, etc.

Summary of desired enhancement
Create these higher level interfaces. Perhaps allow chaining as per #175.
