Addresses the issue that jQuery is loaded without the .noConflict method being called. Updated the testing framework to show usage in multiple scenarios.
Adding the on close event and various boilerplate clean up.

Updating the boilerplate to the latest revision, which also handles the jquery conflict in an approved fashion. Added in the OnClose event to hook up to a microflow.
