Add README and .gitignore for project

Add a comprehensive README describing the Mousable macOS app (features, controls, settings, build instructions, requirements, and acknowledgments). Also add a .gitignore entry to exclude local Claude settings (.claude/settings.local.json). README includes usage, keybindings, physics model, and build notes; download link remains TODO.
