Update team call to pass in params needed for roster API request
team.get_roster returns weekly roster with projected and actual scores.

I have implemented the get_roster method in Teams.py. Pass in a week (optionally) and will return that teams roster, with player name, position, and projected and actual score.
League.py updated to pass some parameters to team.py needed for API request.
