We have been asked to generate issues in Rancher for QA to perform testing when new versions of vSphere charts are introduced. We will automate the generation of the issue for RKE2 when a new release is created. We can pull the versions of the vSphere charts that are getting shipped to determine if they are new and create the issue.

We need to investigate what this would look like when those updates are pulled in Rancher Charts.
