Updated the client/tools/split_embed documentation, with these updates:

  • replaced the split.png and embed.png images to reflect changes to current interface
  • added two separate sections to distinguish between "Create New Vector Store" and "Edit Existing Vector Store"
  • created a whole new section related to "Edit Existing Vector Store"
  • corrected general grammar, typos and references to "Oracle 23ai"
