Just a small addition to c4_container. I think there should also be an arrow from researcher to analysis area on GenomeDK. This is also what is illustrated in c4_context.
Otherwise, it looks really great!

This PR will add the first version of the C4 diagrams (context and container) to the repo.
The goal is to get this branch as well as the data flow branch added so that we finish setting up the repo.
The quarto doc contains hidden mermaid scripts, this is currently replaced with a couple of png file, as the newest version of mermaid isn't supported by quarto (yet).
