Can't type guest details when adding guest through team #1416

Steps to reproduce
- Go to Contacts --> Teams
- Add Team and name it
- Under Invite members to team, type mail to external user and press A_dd guest_ button
Expected behaviour
After pressing Add guest the Invite guest dialog appears and we should fill in their name, e-mail, language etc
Actual behaviour
After pressing the Add guest button all fields are non writable so I can't fill name, e-mail, language etc
