`xargs: git : Bad file number` error is shown while openssl build due to large size of fileList.txt. We add max-args option to limit arguments per command line.
This reduced the size of opessl.exe from 1M to 451k.

This reduced the size of opessl.exe from 1M to 451k.
I also fixed the error of
xargs gitwith openssl.
