The method "afterChanged" informs about the change of a property, regardless of whether the property is list valued, map valued, or atomic.

The class de.haumacher.msgbuf.observer.Listener gets a new method "afterChanged(Observable, String)" to inform that the value of a property has changed.
The method may not be called on each atomic call, e.g. when adding multiple elements to a list-valued property, the listener is called once.
