Tighten Multica hub projection for complex parallel PoC runs by adding ledger reservations, ingest-sequence scoped feedback filtering, assignment-mailbox projection during managed wake, and richer acceptance checks for initial/follow-up child mailboxes. Validation: go test ./harness/cmd/mnemon-acceptance ./harness/cmd/mnemon-multica-runtime ./harness/internal/surface/multica ./harness/internal/driver; live parallel-poc-overlap acceptance passed on TEA-187 with five agents and four child mailboxes.
