In certain use cases , the menu item listener care about where the menu was popped up open. For example in a chart drawing app, if user delete a line, the app needs to know which line is selected for deletion.
This change forward the menu mouse event location to listener.
For backward compatibility, this PR may need to be changed so the Offset arg is optional.
