- Many libraries moved to gems were not removed from repo; this patch fixes that for the following: abbrev, base64, bigdecimal, drb, expect, fileutils, getoptlong, mutex_m, net/*, observer, racc, resolv-replace, and rinda.
- io-console 0.8.0 => 0.8.1
- rdoc 6.10.0 => 6.14.0
- net-smtp 0.5.0 => 0.5.1
