The release notes weren't updated in the standard fashion due to internal issue b/376777535. I added a newline in the CHANGELOG as a workaround to ensure that the release notes are updated, using the steps here: https://github.com/googleapis/release-please?tab=readme-ov-file#how-can-i-fix-release-notes |
