Since the Fix (14341a5) was introduced, Kopernicus has reverted to/ integrated KopernicusSolarPanelsFixer into KopernicusSolarPanel, causing that change to again not properly detect the solar panels with Kopernicus installed.

So a simple revert to the previous version or adding both options to the condition should fix the issue.
