Release v0.7.0 —
mcpm why+ the 4 HIGH security fixes (already merged), plus.github/dependabot.yml(#31). Bumps package.json + banner + CHANGELOG. Merging then taggingv0.7.0triggers the OIDC npm publish (the workflow now creates the GitHub release itself, idempotently). The 13 MEDIUM/LOW issues are queued for a 0.7.1 follow-up.
