BigQuery internal type mapping does not support NUMERIC

## Expected Behavior 
Should handle mapping from BQ's NUMERIC type

## Current Behavior
Thrown KeyError

## Steps to reproduce
Prepare feature view with data source contains at least one NUMERIC column

Add NUMERIC to mapping logic
