This is the SSO server for the Anonymous Assurance Provider

It is an OAuth provider, which utilizes a one-directional hash created by PDAnchor to uniquely identify persons. It also have support for an assurance program. Users with an appropriate privilege can attach assurances to other users. There is also an 'emailverification' assurance, which can be obtained by verifying one's own email address.
