Use Docker hardened images for MySQL #7962
Description
We don't have updates for MySQL images because of:
New: A Safer Container Ecosystem with Docker: Free Docker Hardened Images
There are amd64 and arm64 images available for MySQL:

docker login dhi.io
docker pull dhi.io/mysql:8.0
docker pull dhi.io/mysql:8.4
Explore it and check if we can replace bitnamilegacy/mysql with dhi.io/mysql.
