Philosophy

  • Ship product fast, in small increments, learn from customer feedback, iterate, don't wait on perfection.
  • Customer feedback is more important than code tests when rapidly growing new product features.
  • Code tests are essential for long-term stability and reliability.
  • Constantly reeducate yourself, learn new skills and technologies, judge which are worth investing more time in.
  • Soft skills should be in balance with Hard tech skills, we all have to communicate, even solo developers.
