I am using Sketch version 90.

When click on the "populate with Json" item in the plugin menu, the dialog box fails to appear.

If I use the option without selecting anything, the "please select a layer to populate" error would appear. This means the plug in is working. I have also tested this on two separate computers, both exhibiting the issue.
