This pull request adds new features to the Cucumber.json output formatter.
The first feature is the addition of a location selection for the Cucumber.json output.
The second feature is the addition of a fail message to the Cucumber.json output.
The third feature is the addition of a test name environment variable.
The fourth feature is the addition of a path input to the Cucumberjson feature report.
Finally, the Cucumber.json environment variable has been changed from OUTPUT to OUTPUT_CUCUMBER_JSON.
These changes will improve the functionality and usability of the Cucumber.json output formatter.
