I ran a test container script using an image based on these code changes. The script ran successfully, with the new civis-python v2.4.3 included to fix the API array query parameter bug. See the linked internal ticket for the container script link. |

This pull request updates the civis-python library shipped in the datascience-python image to the latest bugfix version v2.4.3 (civisanalytics/civis-python#507). Also updating other core dependencies.
