Implement some basic OpenTelemetry instrumentation. This can serve as base for further improvement of the instrumentation based on the community feedback.

This is parity issue for issue in JS version of the crawlee.

Due to capacity of the team, it will be first implemented in Python and only then ported to JS version of the Crawlee.
