This is for an incoming major contribution for ~Q3 2026, authored by @chadfurman + Claude code.

Includes:

• Complete re-write of the code generation.
• Simplification of how the TA functions are written (remove mixed in generated code and the confusing macros).
• Robust test harness automatically validating all generated code against the C reference (source of truth).
• At least one new TA function to validate the "process".

Important: Full 100% backward compatibility will be maintain for the C library and the release assets. We are working diligently to not break anything for current users.
