🧬 About Me

I'm a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University, working at the intersection of:

  • Computational genomics
  • Cancer immunology
  • Machine learning / Deep learning
  • Non-canonical ORFs (ncORFs) & translational regulation

I build large-scale genome-wide analysis pipelines, integrate multi-modal biological signals, and develop computational approaches to understand ncORF translation, antigenicity, and regulatory genomics.


🔬 Current Research

🚀 ncORF_ImmunoMap

A multi-modal framework combining:

  • Ribo-seq periodicity & ORF discovery
  • CAGE/TSS signal integration
  • AlphaFold pLDDT structural confidence
  • B-cell & MHC epitope prediction
  • Tissue-specific signal integration (τ-index, fold-change)

Goal: build a tissue-resolved, structure-aware map of non-canonical ORFs relevant to immunogenicity and translation biology.
